What Job Seekers Say

IMG_0233“Thanks to CEO I am currently working at Blaze Pizza in Brookfield. I had never heard of this business before my job developer introduced me to the manager so it is very unlikely that I would have had the opportunity to get this wonderful job on my own. Before I started working with CEO, I was in a cafeteria job with which I had grown very unsatisfied. CEO gave me a lot of tips on how to resign from this job professionally. Shortly after resigning from my cafeteria position, CEO supported me in getting a job as a server in the dining hall of a nursing home. This job proved to be a greater challenge than I was anticipating. I was prepared to quit until CEO encouraged me to give it more time and offered to support me on the job to grow and improve.  My coach helped me to communicate better with my boss and master some of my tasks. Despite CEO’s best effort this job eventually fell through, it was just not meant to be, but CEO did not leave me high and dry. CEO continued to work with me until I got my current job a few months later. CEO never pushed any jobs on me that were not in the field I was looking for, they helped me for sure but they always had my input in mind when job-searching. My job developer and I worked together as a team using my ideas and interests as a starting point for job searching. I always felt like I was in total control of my job destiny. CEO helped me to turn my ideas and interests into a real job. I’m not sure where I be working or if I would even be currently working without the help of CEO, but I do know that because of CEO I am currently employed at a job I enjoy and can see myself doing for a long time. I am very happy and pleased with the service I received and would recommend CEO to anyone with mild or severe disabilities who just needs a helping hand finding employment.”
